Students must be taught spirituality to get peace and bliss.
Role Model is a must to achieve your success.
A country’s essential assets are Scientists and Teachers.
Saints and Seers must be given respect & learn from them.
Patriotism should be above politics and religion.
We need to have our old and great heritage of Ancient India.
Work like that you are on a mission.
Build an organization so that development shall prevail in a country.

Lesson 1: The Dream & The Message
Our life can be easily divided into four stages.
The four stages are as followed:
Athlete Stage: It is a stage where an individual or a nation begins its independence journey and learns various lessons from colleagues and his seniors
Warrior Stage: After achieving success and fame, the individual becomes like a warrior and tries to protect whatever he gains from his hard-work. In this stage, people learn about how to manage both failures and success.
Statesperson Stage: From this stage, less selfishness came into the picture, and the person started helping others achieve the success he has already attained.
Spirit Stage: It is time to take your spiritual journey and move ahead of your life without any intention and propaganda.
It is also important to mention that dreams are a significant part of our life and to achieve them we need to think about them and thinking will result in action and action will manifest the vision into reality.
Spirituality must become an integral part of our life and include it in the current education system to sustain peace, prosperity, mindfulness, etc.
Spirituality progress will also ensure that every person will be free from extreme emotions and radical thinking.
Lesson 2: Give Us a Role Model
First, believe that you will have a good and abundant full life full of prosperity and happiness. A strong belief is a must to get what you want! The citizens of developed countries usually believe that they are living in a great nation and they are. It will take some time to change, but it will surely change.
The country's future depends on the young generation that will take care of the country in the future. To make a great nation, one needs to understand the difference between good and evil. Upcoming generations need to have the capability to distinguish between good and evil.
For this purpose, they will require a 'Role Model'. The path followed by their role model will ensure the success and will have a better living.
Lesson 3: Visionary Teachers and Scientists
Our country is full of great and visionary teachers and scientists that are working for our nation. These people are one of the essential assets of this country, and we need to appreciate them.
Aryabhata: The first mathematician to give an approximation of pi as 3.1416.
Bhaskarcharya: The first mathematician to evolve the value of 'zero'.
Brahmagupta: Gave solution of intermediate equations of varying degrees.
Even Einstein showed his gratitude for the work done by our ancient scientists.
The writer here mainly talks about many scientists and teachers he met in his life and shared experiences and talks about their visions.
We need to learn a lot about them, and we must ensure that we must implement dream and vision in our lives.
Lesson 4: Learning from Saints and Seers
Saints are always an integral part of our country since ancient times. Saints have great wisdom, and they are free from this materialistic world.
It is not wrong to be ambitious when you are a spiritual being. The desire to raise the country from poverty and illness is never a hindrance in spiritual progress.
Spirituality is a value-based education, which initiates man into self-realization. The process to understand its higher self.
India's education system should be revised and should teach both para (spiritual) and apara (worldly). By learning both these, we will get vidya (knowledge) which will be found on dharma and spirituality.
By this, we will be able to produce a fair and better quality of citizens. To achieve this, we need to have three people - virtuous people (Punya aatma), virtuous leaders (Punya neta), and honest officers (Punya Adhikari)..
The laws of the government cannot produce good and virtuous citizens. Parents must ensure that the right value of education is given to their students.
We need to have spirituality to counter the odd and failures that can break the person deeply.
Lesson 5: Patriotism beyond Politics & Religion
The most important factor that every political leader should imbibe in themselves is that they should
always be together on any constructive change and take it as a single mission.
We need to follow our culture and tradition, which was the essence of ancient India. We need to
discourage radical thinking, fragmentation of society based on caste, isolation, and misinformation.
We need to have devoted entirely to the nation rather than a political personality or political power.
We also need a renaissance, which is very necessary and very important. The nation must be proud of
what they have and glorify it.
The time has come that we should stop the dividing ideologies that are prevailing in the society. We need a vision that will bring unity to our country and strengthen our nation in various fields.
Lesson 6: The Knowledge Society
The knowledge society is essential as it develops the individual at the social level. It will also create
the flow of constructive thoughts from one person to another.
This will create an aura that will involve solving the problems that people are suffering. Today on this
planet, we need to have great people with excellent knowledge to understand and create opportunities
for generations.
A well-educated and well-trained person in the administration will ensure that India would grow sustainably and build a prosperous nation.
In this nation, a defeat will also be taken as a win.
Lesson 7: Getting forces together
Beyond everything, we need workers or teams who respect people much more than money, and they consider everyone friendly.
We will require a team which will show eagerness, passion, and love for their work. We also need a sense of humanity and motherhood in every person of an organization.
We require coordination so that everyone is happy and enjoying their job and have no guilt and hatred towards anyone.
Lesson 8: Building a New State
New state building doesn't mean that we are going to eradicate our cultural aspects. We need to revive ourselves with new technologies and innovative ideas to create and build a strong nation.
We must not leave the country's future in politicians' hands and wait for a new nation. But we have to work on it and build a new state where the easiness of life is there. Where infrastructure is well-built. The idea is not related to changing the flag or name.
The idea is that we need to adopt the vision of Dr Vikram Sarabhai, Mr JRD Tata, Mr Pirojsha B Godrej, Mr Laxmanrao Kirloskar, Mr Madan Mohan Malviya, and many more.
We have to create a state with development and its glory in its culture.
